This sheet is updated as the slots for each camp fill up.
To better serve everyone, this year we have added online registration to our traditional in-person registration.
Both online and in-person registration begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 19, 2010.

Online registration is a THREE-STEP process. It is important to follow the three steps in this order:
Step 1. IDENTIFY which camps you want to sign up for. You can do this by perusing a printed 2010 Summer Camps booklet that you picked up at Encompass or at area schools, or by clicking on the booklet link above and perusing the pdf file that opens up. Once you have identified the camps you wish, proceed to step 2.
Step 2. SET UP an account at Encompass, SELECT the camps you wish and use a credit card to PAY for them. To do this, visit the Encompass registration page and follow the prompts. Once you have set up an account and selected and paid for the camps, proceed to step 3.
Step 3. FILL OUT and SUBMIT the Encompass Family Information Form and the Summer Camp Program Enrollment Form. Here are the links:

Each of these forms will open up as pdf whose blanks you can fill in on your computer. After you fill out each form, please click the box at the top or the bottom of each form that says "Click to submit." This will send the form directly to Julie Forslin, Summer Camp manager. (You cannot save the filled-out form to your computer, unless you have Adobe Acrobat Pro. But before you "Click to submit" the form, you can print a copy for your records, if you like.)
Once you have filled out and submitted the two forms, you are DONE!

Online registration is a change from previous years, when registration took place only in person, which resulted in long lines for those wanting to make sure to secure a spot in a particular camp.
While we have added online registration this year, we will continue to offer in-person registration. It is important to note, however, that there will be no relative advantage to either approach. In other words, standing in line in-person on the morning of March 19 will not give you a greater chance of securing a spot in a camp than registering online from a remote computer. The choice of approach is yours, and you should use the approach with which you would be more comfortable.
If you are paying by credit card, you can register from home online.
If you come to Encompass to register and are using a credit card, you will be given a computer -- or be helped by a staff member to use a computer -- to register online.
If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must come to Encompass to register.
