We provide comprehensive developmental services for children with a delay of 25 percent in at least one area of development. A multi-disciplinary team -- including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Early Childhood Development Specialists and Family Resource Coordinators -- conducts standardized assessments and help families plan individualized programs for their children.

Individualized Family Service Plan
Once a child is determined eligible, a Family Resource Coordinator will bring the team (parents, therapists and any others the family desires) together to write a service plan. The service plan will include the goals of the family and the resource that will be used to achieve those goals.
Mom's Moment
Are you a mother or caregiver of a child with special needs? Join us and share information regarding resources and most importantly, camaraderie with others caring for children with special needs.
Toddler Playgroups
Toddler playroups offer developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences, including active play, music and art. Click here to see North Bend playgroup information.
Transitions
Six months prior to a child's third birthday, the Family Resource Coordinator will provide the family with information regarding the choices in services available once a child turns three. This will be followed by a meeting with the local school district three months prior to the third birthday. At that time a transition plan will be written detailing the plan of transition.
